Resident Care Manager

The Resident Care Manager ensures quality care of all residents.
This position is the direct supervisor of the Resident Care Persons and works flexible hours to monitor resident care.
This position works in close cooperation with the Administrator, Registered Nurse, Food Services Director, Head Housekeeper and Activities Coordinator.
The Resident Care Manager requires knowledge of aging and an ability to communicate with sensitivity and work effectively with a wide range of people in circumstances that may be complex and stressful.
The position requires an understanding of and commitment to the values and principles of assisted living, creativity, and flexibility in delivering quality care to all residents. Also required is a willingness and ability to train Resident Care Persons in tasks required for delivering quality care of all residents when such tasks are appropriate and consistent with assisted living practices, state rules and community standards.
Med Tech

Position Summary:
Med Tech works under the direction of a licensed nurse as assigned and by State/ Federal regulations and facility procedures and reports observations to the Director of Nursing; maintains clean and orderly equipment for medication administration.
The Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to each resident ensuring they receive the necessary care and services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being as outlined by the assessment and plan of care.
Caregiver

The role of a Caregiver promotes resident self-direction and participation in decisions that emphasize choice, dignity, privacy, individuality, and independence. Caregivers work closely with residents to address resident needs outlined in the individual person-centered service plan.
Cook - P.I.C.

Position Summary:
A Cook – (PIC) helps serve, prepare, and cook meals for residents, staff, and visitors while maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. (PIC) promotes resident self-direction and participation in decisions that emphasize choice, dignity, privacy, individuality, and independence and will work closely with residents to address resident needs outlined in the individual person-centered service plan.
Person In Charge (PIC) - is a designated person in charge during the hours of operation within the Dining Services Department. PIC is responsible for knowing foodborne illness prevention and the requirements of the Oregon Food Sanitation Rules. PIC must also know the policies and procedures within the Dining Services Department.
Housekeeper

Position Summary:
Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, kitchenettes, and bathrooms. Housekeeping is also responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of common areas, public bathrooms, lounge areas, and offices. A Housekeeper promotes resident self-direction and participation in decisions that emphasize choice, dignity, privacy, individuality, and independence and will work closely with residents to address resident needs outlined in the individual person-centered service plan.
Registered Nurse

What does a Registered Nurse do?
This position is ideal for an RN who is detail oriented, adept at teaching and thrives in a consultant role. This role is based at our community and not a remote position.
Promote the health and well-being of each resident by providing accurate nursing assessments and contributing to quality service plans.
Help to educate and guide staff.
Monitor the condition of residents and initiate action response to changing needs.
Serve as a liaison between the resident, their family members, and the community.
Ensure orders are accurate and that all treatment is appropriate.
Dietary Aide
